What we provide
On Saturday, June 14, 2025, the Care Mobile (Immunization Bus) will be located from 2 - 6 pm at 1040 Calhoun Street, New Orleans, LA 70118. We apologize for any inconvenience!
- Free childhood immunizations
- Vacunas infantiles gratuitas
- 6 weeks – 18 years of age
- 6 semanas – 18 años de edad
- Immunization records required

- * Due to high volume at some locations- sign in times may end earlier than CLOSING time.*

- IF YOUR CHILD IS NEW TO THE STATE OF LOUSIANA, YOU MUST SEND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO THE EMAIL OR FAX ABOVE BEFORE BEING SEEN AT THE IMMUNIZATION BUS.
- SI SU HIJO ES NUEVO EN EL ESTADO DE LOUSIANA, DEBE ENVIAR LOS DOCUMENTOS REQUERIDOS AL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO O FAX ANTERIOR ANTES DE SER VISTO EN EL AUTOBÚS DE VACUNAS.
