Our hearts are with the children, families, and communities across Texas affected by the recent devastating floods. At Manning Family Children’s, we stand in solidarity with them during this incredibly difficult time. In New Orleans—especially as we approach the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina—we know all too well what it feels like to lose everything. Our hearts go out to the families and communities in Texas facing the devastation of historic flooding. Manning Family Children’s is committed to helping financially by donating $5,000 toward relief efforts and supporting those families directly impacted by the flood. At the link below, you can contribute to increase that amount and collectively, Manning Family Children's will make a donation to The Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country and to Camp Mystic.
We are sharing resources to support relief efforts and provide assistance to those in need. Together, let’s continue to do what we know—support our kids and their families, no matter where they are. If you feel compelled, donate directly to an organization to support relief efforts.
The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country has a Kerr County Relief Fund that will support the communities of Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point and Comfort.

The Red Cross is also accepting donations and is on location.
Good360 is a disaster response nonprofit that brings hygiene kits, diapers and more to shelters in the impacted area.
For search and recovery the Cajun Navy is on the ground, as well as TEXSAR, which is an all-volunteer search and rescue team with a home base in Austin. Both organizations take donations.
For food donation options, Operation BBQ Relief, Mercy Chefs and World Central Kitchen are all taking donations and have deployed first responders to the area.
And for the pets impacted by the floods, Kerrville City Alive, Austin Pets Alive and MuttNation are working to shelter pets, rescue abandoned or lost pets, provide supplies and more. All are taking donations.
There are also many GoFundMe pages that have been set up in the aftermath of this tragedy both for individuals, groups and organizations.
