An approach to providing healthcare services that encourage the health and well-being of children and young adults through a respectful partnership between healthcare providers, patients, and families.

The patient experience
It is the goal of Manning Family Children’s to create a welcoming, healing, caring, safe and professional environment for our patients, families, visitors and employees. Our Patient Experience representative is available to assist our patients, families and visitors with anything from quality of care, communication and quality of interaction to directions.

We are a proud member of Solutions for Patient Safety, a network of more than 150 children's hospitals who are focused on improving pediatric patient safety through collaboration and implementation of evidence-based safety practices and ongoing strategies to reduce harm and enhance patient care.
