Manning Family Children’s proudly serves as the only freestanding, comprehensive children’s hospital in Louisiana and the Gulf South, and is the only pediatric facility with a full complement of pediatric subspecialties. Manning Family Children’s has been named the #1 children’s hospital in Louisiana and recognized as a Best Children’s Hospital by U.S. News & World Report in its 2026-2027 rankings program.
Additionally, four Manning Family Children's service lines have been recognized among the top 50 programs nationally for exceptional care, including Urology (#22), Nephrology (#36), Cancer & Blood Disorders (#48), and Neonatology (#49).
For many pediatric subspecialties, Manning Family Children’s offers the only board-certified pediatric providers or program in the state. These include:
