The Manning Family Children’s Orthopedic Department welcomes referrals from a physician or healthcare provider for a newborn, infant, child, or adolescent, though a referral is not required.

Second Opinions - The department welcomes patients who are interested in seeking a second opinion for a routine or complex condition that may require treatment or surgery.

Prenatal Visits - Routine ultrasounds in the first or second trimester of pregnancy can identify a potential orthopedic condition in the fetus. Our team offers consultations for expectant parents to discuss potential conditions and treatment options, preparing families for their baby’s arrival. Common conditions discussed include:

• Clubfoot
• Congenital scoliosis
• Extra or missing fingers or toes
• Limb malformations
• Spina bifida
